Hello! I hope you are as excited for warmer weather and more Spring sunshine as I am! Easter, Passover and Ramadan are over, and the Boston Marathon has come and gone. Hope is in the air as we gather with friends and family, safely. I even took a much-anticipated getaway to Lisbon with my family! I so enjoyed exploring, the sunshine, the architecture and the cobblestone streets.

I know it has been awhile since you've received an email update from me. But this is an important one as I have so much exciting news to share with you. First, you'll see that our company name looks a little different - we've given it a fresh new name and look!

We're also happy to share that we're conducting in-person visits once more. If you prefer that your visits be in person with us, do let us know when you are scheduling. We still host virtual appointments as well. Our team is licensed in Massachusetts, Florida and Vermont (thus we can conduct virtual visits with you if you reside in FL or VT).

And - we have a new therapist, Stephanie Landry, on the team!

Read on for updates. As always, if you have questions, reach out to me: karen@nourishedmindscounseling.com.

Be well,
Karen

A graphic about OCD and eating disorder group therapy

Our third virtual therapy group for individuals suffering from co-occurring eating disorders and OCD is well underway. There is great need in the OCD/ED community for exposure-based groups such as this; our participants are undergoing behavior changes that are improving their lives and allowing them to live with more freedom.

The group facilitators are Julia Hale and myself; we both have extensive experience in treating eating disorders and OCD. Sign up for our next group today: karen@nourishedmindscounseling.com

Karen's Mental Health Bite

Take a mental health break and unplug from technology for an afternoon this week. Instead of scrolling sites and social media, go for a walk, read a book, take a nap, get a massage. Take note of how taking this time for you makes you feel.
