As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist-Supervisor (CEDS-S) with advanced certifications in CBT and ERP therapy, I have had nearly two decades of experience treating clients with a wide range of diagnoses. I founded Nourished Minds: Counseling + Wellness as a safe space for individuals dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and identity questions. Our highly experienced clinicians are particularly passionate about treating young adults who face a unique set of challenges and pressures in today’s world. As a practice, we are committed to social justice, inclusivity, and diversity, and believe in respecting each individual’s unique path.
